Full Time and Part Time Administrative Assistant Position

Great Lakes Property and Investments, INC has immediate openings for highly organized and motivated individuals to join its team. We offer a professional, friendly work environment with business casual dress guidelines. We are looking to fill one full time and one part-time administrative assistant position. Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time position must be able to work Monday-Saturday 9am-6:00pm
Part-Time position must be able to work Monday-Saturday 9am-1:00pm or 1:00pm to 6:00pm

Primary Responsibilities: · Perform professional telephone reception duties· Schedule appointments· Serve as a contact person for anyone interested in receiving rental information· Complete move-in packets· Be knowledgeable about all facets of the project, including the physical plant and the amenities it offers· Assist the manager in the overall successful operation of the property · Be able to describe individual apartment units/ or homes and the relative merits of each · Assist Property Manager with administrative tasks · Assist Property Manager with eviction paperwork · Various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning and faxing

Education and Experience: · Prior Residential Property Management Experience is a MUST· Proficient in MS Office and/or relevant software applications required· Proficient in use of email and Internet · Knowledge of administrative procedures · Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

Property Management Company Seeking General Contractors

  • Great Lakes Property and Investments, INC is looking for skilled and experienced general carpenters to add to our growing team. We work on mainly residential renovations and maintenance across the tri-county area and expect an employee who is tidy, reliable, hard working and detail-oriented.All candidates must be able to:
  • Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, duties as required.
  • Must maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition that meets safety regulations.
  • Must have the ability to work alone or with a team and/or contractors
  • Familiar with and the ability to use all hand tools and power tools.
  • Operates various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • May be required to move heavy objects and lift up to 50+ pounds. The employee must possess the strength and balance required to be physically active for more than 5 hours per day i.e. climb, crouch, and stretch.
  • Must have a VAILD driver’s license and own method of transportation
  • Good communication skills are required in order to clearly interact with clients and office personnel
  • Must use good judgment and think under pressure while maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.
 
You must be reliable and available to work Monday through Saturday, and occasionally on Sundays.Please respond with a resume containing description of skill(s) and level of experience.
